The meaning foundation, and the only capability that reaches a knowledge source directly. Mode `query` answers a domain question from the glossary, the corpus and the configured knowledge backends. Mode `translate` converts a business ask into technical shape, or technical behaviour back into business language. Every answer is prose plus citations plus an explicit gaps list; nothing is asserted without a source and nothing is omitted to make an answer look complete. Routes upstream to `aegis-grill ideate` when the concept space is not yet defined enough to have a meaning to resolve.
