End-user documentation for a roadmap item. Mode `create` writes new documentation from delivered behaviour; `update` amends existing pages losslessly; `review` checks documentation against what the software actually does. Critical reality-check tier, for a specific reason - documentation describes behaviour, and a claim about behaviour that was never verified is the kind of error users find rather than reviewers. Works on its own branch with an ordinary pull request, and always shows a plain-readable preview rather than raw markup, because a reviewer who cannot read the diff cannot review it.
