aegis-architect
Shape architecture - entity models, ADRs, migration phasing and downstream impact - under a roadmap item's 10-architecture folder, or survey an existing codebase to draft the domain pack a brownfield project needs. May generate code only as a cited sample; it never lands code in the workspace.
Two modes, both about mapping what is or will be. Mode `shape` produces the entity model, cross-cutting rules, migration phasing and the decision records that justify them, all under `10-architecture/`; it inspects the live schema where one is reachable, so a claim about data is checked rather than assumed, and calls `aegis-grill critique` on its own output before writing. Mode `survey` is the brownfield onboarding path: it reads an existing codebase and drafts the domain pack - component map, implementation map, glossary and traps - which is what the workbench needs before it can ground any answer about code it did not create. Sits on the read side of the codegen lane boundary throughout: it may write code as a cited sample and may never land anything in the workspace, which is `aegis-implement`'s lane alone.
